Dark yellow in color, quite hazy and opaque. Off white head recedes quickly and leaves a ring around the glass. Powerful nose, with primarily tropical fruit, melon, brett, funk, slightly spicy/earthy. The taste follows, the fruity notes of the hops hit first. Then some grassy, earthy notes and finally, slight tart and funk. Really nicely balanced. Medium-light body, moderate-high carbonation. Balanced and pleasing finish. Great brew.
