L: Pours a deep burgundy red, with a creamy white head that dissipates fairly quickly and just a few specks of lacing.
S: Note of cinnamon and crumb cake, mix with a bit of nuttiness and an underlying sweetness. Very reminiscent of coffee cake.
L: Sweet cinnamon and malt, crumb cake, nuttiness and an underlying sweetness, very nice beer. Quite reminiscent of coffee cake.
F: Big body but nice and smooth from the wheatwine.
O: Once a again another fantastic entry in the Wiley Roots Breakfast Strudel series.
