L: Pours a thick oily black color with a medium tan head that dissipates rather quickly and leaves no lacing.
S: A lighter roasted hazelnut mixes with notes of sweet milk chocolate a hint of vanilla, a light bit of toasted malt. Solid aroma.
T: Sweet chocolate and caramel with a light hazelnut, a fairly robust vanilla and light toasted malt. Nice taste but might have held onto this one for a little too long.
F: Bubbly slick carbonation with a large body.
O: Might have aged this one a bit too much still nice beer but missing some of that hazelnut punch.

Brownish-black body topped with a very thick, dense, creamy light tan head. Powerful aroma full of charred grain and roasted nuts; vanilla; mocha. Full flavor of rich milk chocolate and cocoa; vanilla; very subtle bitterness with a twinge of alcohol presence. Heavy body; thick and chewy; sludgy; lots of residual sugar presence.
This is my first beer from these folks and I'll be back for more. This imperial porter is incredibly bold and complex. It's just a beautiful beer!
