L: Pours a pitch oily black with a small tan head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Cinnamon, some freshly baked pastry dough, a nice honey balances it out. Smells sweet, but also very much reminds of a sopapilla as advertised.
T: Some milky chocolate, sweet cinnamon, freshly baked pastry dough, with a bit of honey, it sounds like it would be overly sweet but it is not. Really nice beer and definitely get the sopapilla.
F: Oily slick mouthfeel, big body.
O: Once again Wiley nails it with another amazing stout.
