First time having a Smoothie style sour
L:. Pours a very thick opaque pink, with a medium white head and a small ring of lacing around the glass. Looks very much like a smoothie.
S:. Smells like Neopolitan ice cream, the strawberry is very strong and smells very sweet, but also get bits of the vanilla and chocolate.
T:. There is definitely Neopolitan ice cream, but the strawberry is the dominant flavor and it is very sweet, gets a bit more sour when it gets warm. Doesn't really taste like a beer, if you gave me this and just told me it was a smoothie, I would never question it.
F:. Very thick, the consistency is very similar to a melted bowl of ice cream.
O:. This is my first smoothie style sour and I am completely befuddled. Is it beer? Is it a smoothie? Will we ever know?
