Pours light gold that is nearly brilliant, see thru. Aroma is lemon, along with the traditional wheat smell. Taste is light, lemon with a definite rye flavor profile. There is little carbonation and almost no head whatsoever. Enjoy cold.

L:. Pours a cloudy yellow orange with a medium foamy white head and no lacing on the glass.
S:. Strong notes of lemon candy, toasted bread and a spicy rye mixes with the Belgian yeast.
T: Lemon candy, wheat and a spicy rye all mix well with the wit yeast providing a nice flavor that maybe is a slight bit too sweet.
F:. Smooth and pretty easy drinking
O:. The lemon Rye adds a nice dimension to this beer.
