L: Pours a dark brown purple color with lighter amber where the light hits it, a nice foamy head and no lacing on the glass.
S: Super malty, lots of caramel, a dark toasted bread, smells sweet but a little hop to balance it out.
T: Lots of malt, a nice caramel, some nuttiness, followed by a dark toasted bread, with a slight bitterness to balance it out.
F: Medium to larger body, smooth slick carbonation.
O: This is a very nice doppelbock.
