A chaotic mix of flavours with an undercurrent of sneaking booze. I wasn't sold on the white chocolate ginger sour premise coming in but the result does NOT transcend the sum of its parts. A seriously imbalanced mess of a beer I wouldn't buy again, but it's more drinkable than its 14% ABV would make one think.
Ultimately it's an enjoyable shrug of a beer with a lot going on...more complicated than complex. More boozy than balanced. But it ain't bad.

12 oz bottle poured into willybecher glass no bottle date.
A: Clear dark amber caramel body with no head what was there was fizzy and disappeared quickly.
S: lots of ginger and sweetness some chocolate and underlying fruitiness.
T: Fairly sour beer with an underlying sweetness. Light ginger and chocolate play throughout. There is a fruity quality to it, but it really doesn’t define itself to a particular fruit.
M: Medium bodied alcohol is completely hidden fairly easy drinking.
O: I am not a fan of ginger, but this is quite good. It is hard to believe this is 14% alcohol. Has a good sourness to it throughout.
