I will readily cop to an unfamiliarity with this series, especially since I CANpletely missed out on Series 001. 8=( That said, I am always CANurious as the owners/proprietors/staff of The Beer & Beverage Shoppe in Lancaster, PA know quite well. I walk in & they begin to trot out all sorts of arrivals & other desirous beers. I happened to see three of this series & when I inquired as to the fourth, it was sold out. 8=( No matter! I'll take one of each of the other three for the advancement of The CANQuest (tm).
From the CAN: "Ale brewed with Key Limes and Vanilla".
I did everything that I thought that I should: a) I did an in-CANgitation; b) I put any potential lees back into suspension; c) I employed a heavy-handed Glug to ensure that all lees would be in suspension, The result? A finger of dense, foamy, rocky, tawny with very good retention. Color was a slightly-hazy Amber to Deep-Amber/Light-Copper (SRM = > 9, < 13) with a slight haze. This is NOT a White Ale, despite the brewery's label assertion! Mouthfeel was soft, about on par for the style. The taste was very mild, not at all assertive, It had a definite vanilla presence, but it was a steep drop-off after that. Lime? Where? Anything beyond white bread & vanilla? Not really. Finish was semi-sweet, but what an exercise in boredom! YMMV,

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
