Canned 2020/09/20
pours a large fizzy bubbly 1.5 finger head with med retention, low lacing, mostly clear pale color
Nose is quite fruity, apple juice and apple cider, light malt, a bit yeasty
Taste again brings lots of pome fruit, apple cider, light cereal grain and yeasty notes, touch of bitterness, light blond malt,
Mouth is med to lighter bod, med fizzy carb
Overall this was not good, like the last beer I had from them, I don't feel like they are really paying attention to the fermentation, stressed yeast most likely, or bad ingredients, but seems like they're not on their game

I tried this beer at the Cabarrus Country Club whilst there for my Bestie's member guest golf outing. The beer poured a clear golden with a white head that left a spotty lace. The scent had a little floral and hoppy notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with fruit and hop presence. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
