There does not appear to be a bottle date.
Appearance: The body of the beer is a ruby red grapefruit color with pink and orange colors intermixed. It has no head, save for a thin ring of bubbles. No lacing.
Aroma: It has a souring fruit aroma with a bit of raspberry character. The aroma is low. From time to time there is a bit of a buttery scent.
Taste: It has a pleasant wheat flavor with some tart raspberries and a bit of strawberry flavor. It finishes with strawberry and cream of wheat flavor.
Mouthfeel: It has a nice light body and a medium tartness. It's easy to drink.
Overall: It's a nice fruity sour beer. The bottle says that this is a "SOUR ALE BRWED WITH CRANBERRIES AND SUMAC." The fruit character didn't taste specifically like cranberries but the fruity flavors were pleasant. This would make a great beer to drink by the pool or on a picnic. The beer has a refreshing coolness to it. I would recommend it.
