A: Dark candy apple coloring with a thin, compact one inch beige creamy topping. Strong carbonation is fast paced. Sheet coverage on the vessel.
S: Sweet brown sugar and cocoa-milk. Some touches of honey, good strength with a backing of toasty malt and belgium candy sugar. Warming chocolate character.
T: The flavor was sweet and toasty, caramel malting, with cocoa-chocolate milk. Dark candy sugar sweetness and vanilla along with some warm candy caramel apple, cinnamon spicing and hazelnut to round off.
M: Creamy and frothy mouthful, light and aerated from the carbonation is light and fluffy on the tongue. Warming chocolate bitterness lingers behind.
O: Overall I really enjoyed the sweet milk stout like quality of this. Rich, deep cocoa-chocolate milk like, warming, sweet, with a earthy finish. Outstanding flavor, solid drinkability.
