I am not into sours, but this one might be one the first I do like...
I actually let this age for two years, the most I have for any beer I have aged to date. This is a mild sour with a high alcohol content (14%), I don’t know what made this drinkable for me, but it wasn’t as bad (or sour) as others I have had. Beautiful looking beer, lightly carbonated, the beer is the sippable kind as you can feel that high ABV halfway down the glass.
Overall, an actually great beer, worth the try.
