Purchased t beer at the brewery during a recent visit. Poured from a can into a shaker pint. Darcy, clear red brown color with a good initial head and decent lacing. Subdued roasted malt smell and taste. A bit of ca with some nice bitter finish. Overall an ok beer but not one I woul go back to get.

Pours a dark Amber with a tan head.
Smells of bitter herb and spice with roasted malt.
Taste is a bitter hop hit up front bitter herbs and spicy with bitter citrus followed by some roasted malt. It is a little astringent. Not really bad, but nothing to write home about.

Roasty nose. Pleasant mingling of maltiness and roasty flavors. Medium body. Slightly sweet finish which is a welcome component to an Irish Ale. Damn solid Irish Red.
