One & Only: Mosaic Pale Ale

This is a pretty good pale ale that nicely showcases the mosaic hop, even my wife liked it. Bought a can of this beer at the brewery. Poured the beer into a shaker pint. Bright clear yellow color with decent white head and lacing. Pungent hop smell and taste. Piney and citrusy, but not too bitter. Smooth feel and easy to drink. This beer would be excellent with pizza!

I got a can of this beer from my good friend and old neighbor from the 'Wego. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that is leaving some lace. The scent had fruit notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with good malt base and subtle bitter fruit hop highlights and finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it is a great beer.
