Clear golden amber with plenty of white foam in the Duvel tulip. Sprightly, winey, and rich. The wheaty flavor is gradually turned over by the bitter hoppy bite. A pleasant balance with the yeast doing its magic.
Smooth and warm. This is the sweeter, more robust style of Saison. The hoppy flavors give it a nice edge, though. Some leafy and herbal notes with a touch of citrus. From the 32 oz growler purchased at the brewery.
