Poured heavily into a gulden drak tulip resulting into a slowly building dark tan head about an inch thick
Smells nice. Sweet with a dark fruit smell.
Very dark with only slight traces of light showing through
Tastes great, nice blend of sweet and bitter, again dark fruit taste, slightly subdued... Very enjoyably
Extremely smooth. Carbonation is there but not too powerful. I like to sip, but I could pound this if I wanted to.
Overall this is indeed a great beer. I was very impressed. I will definitely be refilling this growler soon. Well done alosta brewing!!!

A: Big chocolatey aroma, slightly sweet with a roasted grain aroma.
A: Totally black color, very opaque, with a thick tannish head that dissipates into a thin ring of head.
T: Nice, rich chocolate like malt flavor, slightly sweet with lots of dark grains. The finish is lightly grainy and bitter.
M: Medium-light bodied with moderately high carbonation. The oatmeal gives a very smooth mouth-feel. The nitro version is to the point of creaminess.
O: Excellent; the beer exhibits lots of rich chocolate-like aroma and flavor. The finish is lightly grainy and just a tad thin, but otherwise a very tasty, sessionable oatmeal stout.

Probably there best beer, to bad I am not a huge stout fan ... Also, not the greatest in 100 degree heat.
