The beer is a copper color and practically clear. Little to no head and no carbonation. I get a smell of citrus, tropical, pepper, smokey, and floral. I get a lot more lemon flavor in the taste with a slight spicy taste and a well balance between hops and malts. Very soft and easy to drink with a short finish.

I have been drinking beers for 10 of my life, trying things from all over the U.S. and this is by far the best Farmhouse Saison I have enjoyed in that time. They are doing everything right with this beer. The atmosphere at Alosta Brewing is second to none. Go out and get your self one.
