I am not all impressed by this beer, so I start my new policy of not reviewing such beers. (As much soda pop as beer.)
I'm OK that Big Top plays off of Sarasota's history, but that shouldn't use forced marketing to cover for not-so-good-beer. I hope they make it, but if Trapeze indicates their beer quality... they might not.

Beer has a good color and hazy appearance appropriate for the style, but absolutely zero head. Aromas and flavors are dominated by a jarring yeast note, not like the Belgian originals, but more like bread yeast. Based on my homebrew experience, this may indicate a low level sanitation problem. but regardless, it the smell and flavor are distracting and slightly unpleasant to me.

A: The beer is clear piss yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a half finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving only some specks of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of orange peels are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell and has flavors of orange peels with underlying hints of wheat.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer lacks the coriander spices that most other beers in the style have, but the aromas and flavors of orange peels make it pleasant to smell and drink. It goes down very easily so it could make for a good beach beer.

12 oz can..2-23-17 says the sticker on the six pack holder
Pours hazes typical wit looking lighter and yellowy... minor off white film and just a glimpse of lacing
Light coriander sniff
More coriander on the palate with some light lemon and wheaty malts...
Nothing amazing going on here..but this is an easy drinking and enjoyable enough wit
