Golden yellow with no head. Chill haze.
Smell is malt, yeast, no real citrus but notes of nut & olive. Interestingly.
Taste is malt, bread, parsley, celery, a bit salty. Balance is pretty good.
Medium plus for a saison, not tart but good in a weird way. Coats the mouth, feels like I just swallowed mashed potatoes and gravy.
