Appearance: Extremely lively. Very active, very large, hand size head. Pale lemoncello. Very opaque, lemony yellow. I could easily spoon out the head and still have some leftover.
Aroma: Typical saison: fruity, spicy, peppery
Taste: Dry straw, pepper. Crisp, clean. No barnyard funk or anything like that. Very refined. Focused saison. Bitter, in a good way I suppose.
Mouthfeel: Medium body.
Overall: An extremely solid representation of the style. I suppose my desire to enjoy other styles will limit my score on this, because I do not see myself purchasing another bottle. Would I drink this again? Absolutely. Do I think this would be extremely refreshing on a hot summer day after mowing the lawn, or toiling in the fields? Yep. I would very much so like to try another beer from this brewery, because they clearly take pride in their craft. A very good beer, just not for me.

Poured from a 500 ml bottle into the test glass
A - Beautiful , bright, clear forsythia yellow, Vey active carbonation, excellent frothy white cap.
Head retention is quite something
S - Earthy grains, wheat ,triticale, spelt, and barley all in the mix, a nice spicy white pepper. Add lemongrass and a barnyard hint from the Belgian Ale yeast
T - All the aromatics, with a bit more interplay with the yeast,
M - Lite and crisp on the palate, with a steady dry texture, quick to clean up carbonation adds to the experience.
O - A very good farmhouse ale, the mixed grain bill, and the use of the Belgian yeast strain, have this one hitting all the high notes for me.
