I was tempted to list this as an American Pale Ale with the prominent hop forward character but there was hoppy bitters from the north west of England decades before Craft and Beer went together.
A crisp light brown clear body with a big frothy spotty head that sticks and even trails along the glass (also a visible sediment left in the bottle from the bottle conditioning)
Aromas of copper coins and citrus.
Nicely rounded taste some pear mixed with malt that warmed to a nice swift bitter yeasty finish though slightly sickly sweet after a while
Just a tad flat making it a little heavy going
An excellent beer well worth hunting down

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
