Picked this on a recent trip to Craft Kitchen to review some beers. Had heard of Legacy Brewing, but never tried something from them. Kind of hit and miss with Nelson, so went into this with guarded high expectations.
Poured a pale-to-gold clear color with two fingers of frothy white head when I got it. No bubbles coming up from the bottom of the glass. Outstanding spotty lacing. Very good retention. (Sight - 4.00)
Smelled Nelson, mango, trashy New Zealand hops, stone fruit, peach, orange blossom and orange creamscicle. (Smell - 4.00)
Taste kind of followed the nose. Got Nelson, guava, mango, orange blossom, stone fruit, juicy peach, nectarine and orange creamscicle. (Taste - 4.00)
Medium body. Creamy texture. Average carbonation. Long, smooth finish. (Feel - 4.25)
This was a really good beer. Pleasantly impressed. Outstanding. (Overall - 4.00)

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
