Look: It pours golden with a white head. Head retention is moderate.
Smell: There initial aromas contain bread, citrus, and Belgian funk. The funk has an odd note to it with slight barnyard combined with earthen elements.
Taste: The Belgian yeast comes alive in the flavor with slight citrus and a lot of bread. The taste takes a more earthen flavor than the barnyard notes in the aroma.
Feel: It has a medium body with a dry finish.
Overall, certainly an enjoyable Belgian beer with a bit more in the bready aromas and tastes than in others of the same class.
