Foggy apricot color capped by a thin head that reduces to a solid ring. Funky, dusty currant fruitiness and moderate wood in the nose. Tart, bright fruit upfront in the flavor - plenty of musty wine barrel, some flowers and light peppercorns. Medium bodied and slick drying out in the finish, sticking to the gums a bit. Not really what I would consider a particularly refined wild ale, but a pretty decent attempt.
