L: Poured from a bottle to a tulip glass. Had a purple-red color and an opaque consistency. There was a small amount of off white, foamy head that quickly dissipated. Not much lacing here.
S: A very nice aroma of citrus fruit, cranberries, Belgian yeast, and a little malt.
T: Tasted of a moderate amount of cranberries, a very pronounced sour quality, a good shot of Belgian yeast (lots of brettanomyces, light malt, and citrus fruit (orange, in particular). An incredibly dynamic, well balanced flavor. Quite fruity, with a lot of sourness (but not too much). Tasty stuff.
F: A highly carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: This is a extremely enjoyable wild ale. Zesty, sweet, and drinkable.
