Appearance: very light in color for a Vienna. A caramel brown in unexpected but unique. Light head which wasn't a factor while drinking. Very low active carbonation.
Smell: light toasted bread and some nutty malts. A touch of medicinal hops are picked up as well. Oak and cedar on the back end. Subdued overall but pleasant.
Taste: sweet caramel and molasses greet the drinker. A huge wave of toasted malts and breadiness hits on the body, really consuming the palate. Light oak and some lingering hops keep you on your toes.
Mouthfeel: clean Mouthfeel overall, toasted maltsvand sweet and warm on the tongue.
Overall: I was a little miffed by the appearance, but this is a very tasty Vienna lager. Could use some more complexity and depth, but it is a great afternoon brew.
