Water Sign is made from 100% Michigan grown products, from the Nugget and Brewer’s Gold hops provided by the Michigan Hop Alliance to the wheat produced by Michigan malting. The guys also used yeast from both breweries, a Belgian trippel yeast from The Livery’s tanks and New Holland’s house ale yeast. Water Sign is light and refreshing with a slight spice character from the Belgian yeast used but it still lets the Michigan ingredients shine through. You’ll get a slight earthy bitterness from the hops balanced with creamy sweet flavors from the Mighigan grown wheat. Cheers to Michigan!

Had at New Holland on February 23, 2016. Very good beer on tap. Would recommend but haven't had good luck with their beers in bottle form.... In case it's ever manufactured that way.
