This is listed by the brewer as an English Red Ale which is not a given beer type to choose form when adding beers. So is it new?
It looked like a red ale but what makes it English I don't know. It had a lot of depth to the flavor profile. More than other reds I've had. I tasted some roasted notes and a good hop bite, but it seemed a bit confused at what it wanted to be. Other than that it was enjoyable and quite smooth. Worth trying.
