Pours, well, red. Nice head for being cask conditioned. Smell and taste are both malt driven, in a big way. A slight bite of hops in the aftertaste, enough to make you want more, and more and more. A dangerously good beer. A St. Patrick's Day seasonal, and a darned tasty one at that.
