12 ounce bottle into signature pint glass, bottled on 5/15/2017. Pours fairly hazy medium golden yellow color with a 2 finger fairly dense and rocky off white head with fantastic retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Thick soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a fair amount of streaming carbonation. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, and pale/wheat malt notes; with solid strength. Taste of lemon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness. Mild herbal, floral, grassy bitterness; peppery yeast spiciness; and wheat tang/tartness on the finish. Lingering notes of emon, orange peel, peach, pear, red apple, peppercorn, clove, light banana/bubblegum, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, floral, grass, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Very nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, and pale/wheat malt flavors; with a nice malt/bitter/spiciness balance, and no cloying/astringent flavors after the finish. Lightly increasing dryness from lingering bitter/spiciness. Medium carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/bready/grainy, and lightly sticky mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.7%. Overall this is a delicious witbier. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/spicy yeast, orange peel, and pale/wheat malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the mildly bitter/spicy/drying finish. Very flavorful and not watery for the ABV. Perfectly balanced Wit yeast, orange peel, and pale/wheat malts; with mild earthy hop presence. A very enjoyable offering, and spot on style example.

Appearance: light head on the pour. Golden bright yellow color. Sticky lacing left behind.
Smell: some easy wheat and oats on the front. Bright hops additions on the body.
Taste: gummy hop body is well done. Some rounded wheat is felt on the body with lingering hops. Nice dry oates are felt on the back end.
Mouthfeel: crisp and really drinkable.
Overall: if you are a wit fan this is definitely worth a try. Hop additions are really well done.
