Bottle from HomeBrewStuff. Orange golden pour with small ring of head. Nice fruity aroma, and then some dank hops. Hops pick up in the taste, and pretty much take over.

West coast style.
This is a throwback, piney citrus peel on the nose, bracing bitterness, sharp finish.
Decent, and enjoyable enough for what it was at the time.

Strong bright pleasant citrus scent. Lots of soapy foam on this one. Flavors of citrus and piney hops, smooth and full bodied. Slight bitter bite, but goes down very smooth and leaves pleasant citrus aftertaste. 9% abv creeps up on you but isn't overpowering.

L- Pours Hazy amber into a pint glass light head with good lacing.
S- dank citrus candy and herbal hops
T- Super hoppy and pleasant with a mild back of the throat bitter dank columbus like hops
F- Medium high carbonation, medium body
O- Great super dank super hoppy IPA for your hop fix.

Look: Very nice amber haze to it. Rocky head which dissipated fairly quickly
Smell: Prominent citrus notes which are to be expected for a DIPA. Most definitely an alcohol odor to it, but at 9% this is also expected.
Taste: Nice and hoppy, but not overly bitter, I'm guessing an IBU in the high 50s to mid 60s based solely on my IPA palate. The bitter is in the finish which I personally like.
Mouth Feel: No real burn like I would expect from a 9% DIPA which is nice. It gives me a slight dry feeling on my tongue which isn't unpleasant, but not something I enjoy either.
Overall: This isn't a style that would be a go to for me, but I could certainly enjoy it on occasion.

Solid old school dipa. Best I've had? Not even close. Will I buy again? Yep.
Piney smell with slight malt.
Tastes like a really good dipa. Piney hops with decent malt balance. I like it. Normal dipa mouthfeel. Not real smooth but tastes and feels like a good beer.
Overall solid beer with well hidden alcohol. Will buy again.

Yellow amber brew with plenty of foam in the Affligem chalice. This is hugely fragrant with a garden of hops and apricot in the nose. It's rather sweet and hot, fairly sturdy in the body, and a sudsy mouthfeel to give it a lift.
Flavors of grilled mango, papaya, and orange peel. It is a little woody in the finish, with an astringent aftertaste. Overall, this is a really good DIPA, among many. It is stuffed with hops but not excessively bitter. From the 12 oz can purchased in the far Northwest.

A very nice imperial IPA. Rich flavor without overdoing it or being overly complex. Goes down smoothly with no alcohol heat. Got quite mellow as it warmed.
