Poured into a tulip:
Look is of pineapple juice
Aroma is sour wild ale, pineapple, and mango
Mouthfeel is juice, sourness, bitter, and sweet
Taste is sour pineapple, mango, and tangerine
Overall another amazing sour beer by New Holland. Will be aging a bottle that I'm sure will only improve with being more sour.

22 ounce bottle into tulip glass, bottled on 3/13/2017. Pours very hazy golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger foamy white head with poor retention, that reduces to a nothing instantly. Zero lacing and some light streaming carbonation. Good appearance. Aromas of big sour/juicy/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, peach, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, hay, straw, grass, oak, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of lacto funk, pepper, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, pineapple, oak, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Taste of big sour/juicy/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, peach, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, hay, straw, grass, oak, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of lacto funk, pepper, white wine vinegar, and yeast earthiness. Good sized fruity/lactic sourness, fruit tang, light yeast/oak spiciness on the finish. Lingering notes of sour/tangy pineapple, mango, melon, peach, lemon, lime, green apple, white grape, pear, hay, straw, grass, oak, wheat, pepper, light funk/vinegar, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, pineapple, oak, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a nice malt/sourness balance. Increasingly puckering, but not astringent after the finish. Moderate dryness from sourness and carbonation, increasing through the glass. Medium-high carbonation and light-medium body; with a very smooth, crisp, tangy, acidic, and lightly creamy/grainy/tannic balanced mouthfeel that is great. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 4.5%. Overall this is an excellent fruited Berliner weisse. All around great complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, mango, pineapple, oak, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink; despite the high level of sourness/acidity. Huge levels of juicy/tangy fruits with great balance of Lacto complexity; and solid malt backbone. Not as much Brett presence as the others in the series, but just as delicious. A very enjoyable offering.

A - Pours a hazy golden orange with a thin white fizzy head. The head dissapates quickly leaving no lacing.
S - Aroma is juicy pineapple and mango.
T - The taste is ripe and unripe pineapple, juicy mango, wheat and lacto.
M - Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Soft mouthfeel with a crisp dry finish.
O - This is a solid sour ale. The pineapple and mango balance nicley with the sour acidity. For a $5 bomber this is hard to beat.
