Inspired by and sourced from the wild world down under, Taz IPA is 'chockers' with some of the world's greatest hops. Galaxy and Nelson Sauvin hops from Australia and New Zealand combine to offer savage bitterness and a touch of fruitiness.

Copper colored with an inch of beige on top. The aroma is of vegetal to earthy hops. I’m tasting plenty of green vegetables and a touch of onions. The mouth is lightly sticky and resinous.

Dank and funky. Not what I expected from this type of hop.

Very nice well-balanced IPA. Pours a really nice amber color with a large and long-lasting rocky white head. Plenty of floral notes in the aroma, with some resinous pine and grassy notes as well. Taste is well-balanced with decent hop bitterness balanced by rich, toasted malt flavors, and more than a hint of piney dankness. Well done, I'd love to have more of this in my fridge.

What a nice pleasant surprise this beer was. Looks absolutely incredible - an orange-lighter amber color with some fluffy white head and some of the best sheets of lingering lacing that I’ve ever seen. Remnants of the sheeting lasted the entire time I drank this beer. Absolutely amazing. Smells of some nice citrus zest hops, floral hops, malt, vanilla and caramel. Some moderately strong dankness at the end. Tastes similarly, and there’s a good punch of bitter hoppiness at the finish. Very well-balanced. Smooth, mild mouthfeel, slightly sticky. Good carbonation. An excellent IPA and would consider this sessionable if it weren’t for the slightly higher ABV.
