750 ml bottle with a cap and a cork, acquired in a trade with hoppymeal, thank for the opportunity Derek, this is brewed once a year at the Michigan establishment, reviewed from notes, 2001 vintage, poured into a snifter, pours a cloudy golden yellow color with a one inch foamy white head that leaves some lace, decent retention, tons of sugar in the aroma, various candied fruits, Belgian yeast, green apples, nectarines, and sweet malts, taste is also quite sweet with some chewiness mixed into the equation as well, tons of sugar up front, bread in the middle, quickly fades into candy-like fruits in the finish and leaves a tangy aftertaste, mouthfeel is sweet and fruity, medium to full bodied, lighter carbonation than expected, sweet taste lingers, could drink a glass or two and that is about it, guessing this is eight or nine percent ABV and you can taste a good amount of it, slightly heavy, cool to try and would drink again, recommended
