Looks like a glass of apricot juice, very turbid. Smell is the same. Taste is a very nice , tart peachy, apricot-y beer. No malt flavor to even consider this a beer. For being aged two years I expected some good barrel character, but it's very minimal. Still a very tasty beer.

Brief Review:
O: This is the 2nd beer in New Holland's Journey Series. The first one, The Call, was a nice sour with berries. This one's a bit similar, but finished on apricots and peaches. This is a wonderful beer. Extremely hazy pour, almost looks like a NE-IPA, but be all the fruit addition. Great flavors from the fruit, not too sour, nice and balanced. Easy-drinking at 3.7%, but doesn't feel too light or thin. New Holland isn't really known for their sours, but the Journey series so far is certainly a nice showcase for them.
Recommendation: If you looking for a good new sour out of Michigan, seek this one out.
