White sour ale, brewed and then aged in oak foeders. After that, it is pulled and aged on a massive amount of Raspberry puree! Both sweet and tart, this beer is refreshingly simple in nature.

On tap at the brewpub. This sour has a brilliant ruby color and an intense and natural raspberry flavor. It's another successful sour among the many that New Holland has created.
