Tap pour/side pull. Served chilled in a snifter glass.
Dark brown to black colored body. Creamy, beige colored head. Leaves behind some spots and strings of lacing.
Aroma has a base of lightly roasted malts, with spice from the rye. Higher vapors of bourbon barrel.
Taste is rye spice intertwined with sweet bourbon barrel. Has a base of roasted malts. Touch of oak and vanilla. Aftertaste has bourbon and chocolate.
A little thinner than medium mouth feel. Earthy bite. Very good carbonation.
Lower ABV% brown ale from bourbon barrels.
