An Imperial West Coast IPA that never saw can that we thought would be fun to bring back for our 10th Anniversary.

Hazy pale yellow orange appearance, modest fast fleeting head, light wet lacing. Grapefruit, pineapple, coconut, pine, hop oil. Medium thick body, medium carbonation, robust texture.

On tap at One Mile House in NYC, served in a teku glass it pours hazy copper amber color with a nice foamy off white head that faded slowly and left great foamy lacing and rings as it went down.
Smells of pungent citrus hops and citrus fruit, with graham cracker, tangerine, orange peel, grapefruit, biscuit, light pepper, coriander, dry floral hops and a huge wave of fruity citrus. Really damn fresh smelling, nice balance, very well done.
Flavor kicks in very bitter and resiny with piney hops, dank floral hops, grapefruit, biscuit, pepper, coriander, orange peel, brown sugar, toasted grains and dry grass or herbs. It was a tad too bitter but indeed tasted like a fresh hopped brew.
Aside from the bitterness, it had a fine feel that flowed down quite easy. A solid beer, but Green Diamonds was much better. A good IPA, I'll continue to seek out IPA's from OHB since they know how to use hops well.

Super hoppy deliciousness. Definitely not going for balance here, but a great example of a true hop bomb. Citrus and dank, so much attacking your taste buds. Not for the faint of heart

32oz. growler into a Grrrz. teku. Shared with schen9303.
Pours a slowly developing 1 finger foamy white head with moderate retention. Beer is a clear bronze. Lacing is stringy and sparse but with good stick. Solid.
Nose is citrus, pine, grass and dried leaves. Sappy too. Aromatic with a mellow malt backbone. Pretty good.
Opens resin, pine and dried foliage. A bit of citrus and amber in the middle with a big, sappy malt body. Hoppy and dry on the finish with more leaves, grass and bark. Aftertaste of some hazelnut and tropical fruit. Decent.
Medium bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and bubbly in the mouth and goes down dry and sappy. Finishes dry and sticky with a lingering, filmy aftertaste. Pretty good. Real drinkable.
A solid offering overall but after all the incredible IPAs that Other Half has put out, this one is a little disappointing for being just decent.

The resin flavor seems intertwined with a floral element, the resulting hop flavor can have a cleaning/solvent like flavor to it. Having said that, it's still a very high quality DIPA. A clean bitterness that doesn't linger. A DIPA with a lot of character, body and doughy malt backbone that hold the hops in place.
