Appearance: Arrives with an impressive head capping the goldenstraw colored liquid; plenty of lacing action

Smell: Bready and grassy, with farmhouse funk and a touch of orange

Taste: Bready, up front, with grassy hops building; farmhouse funk and orange add complexity, in the middle, but the finish is nice and dry

Mouthfeel: Light to medium body with moderate carbonation

Overall: A pretty good Brett beer but I was spoiled by the Shady Oak Brett IPA I tasted a few weeks back - this is not in the same league

On tap. Can't say I'm the biggest Brett IPA believer but this was a very nice representation of that style. Brett was fruity and mildly earthy/funky than worked nicely with the citrus tropical hopping. Tasted cleaner than most OH brews, IMO this is one of their better efforts.

From 05/04/15 notes. On tap at Ginger Man in NYC.

Pours a hazy yellow color with one inch of white head and moderate carbonation evident. Lots of brett to it which I love, some sticky sweet fruits, citrus hops, earthy and floal notes, dirt, fruity malts. Taste has more citrus and oranges to it. Medium body and low to moderate carbonation.

Overall I liked this one a lot; a must-try if you like brett IPA's. One of their better beers IMO...I'm in the minority here, but I'd rather have something like this than All Green Everything.

This is Brett at its best as far as I'm concerned. Mild funk with some citrus. Grassy hops in the mix. Some hay. Carbonation is very aggressive. Overall a great beer though.
