L: Very hazy orange, looks like like a mimosa. 1 finger of fine white head that quickly disappears.
S: Kind of an odd smell, like stale beer mixed with orange juice.
T: Tastes great, it's sweet citrus like orange juice with loads of hops on the back end, and a pleasing bitterness
F: Medium bodied, but this beer quickly went flat.
O: Really good at first, although not characteristic of the style. Ended up flat and tasting a little less fantastic. Would be a great one to share, or drink more quickly. Really reminded me of drinking a mimosa but with more bitterness.

A - Somewhat hazy. Color is golden / orange. Thin head forms that quickly recedes. Some lacing, but not significant.
S - Aroma is piney, earthy and malty. I'm not getting much in the way of fruity or tropical aromas. As I go back for another whiff, there is a bit of stickiness to it.
T - Pine and resin in the flavor, with a noticeable malt backbone. The flavor is somewhat dank and sticky.
M - Well carbonated and very easy to drink. Dry on the finish.
O - This is a solid IPA. Nothing particularly special, but it is very drinkable.

Look-color is a super cloudy brown-mustard, with a slightly green tinge. pours a finger of thick, white foam.
Smell-Very dank, with a little bit of tropical fruit in there as well.
Taste-Like the aroma, taste is extremely dank, with a funky kick to it, just the slightest bit of tropical fruit and citrus. No alcohol.
Feel-medium body, very creamy, quite carbonated, slightly chalky, and very dry.
Overall-not bad but by far my least favorite OH brew that i've tried.

16oz. can into a Heady Topper stemless snifter.

Pours a foamy, 2 finger coarse white head with poor retention. Beer is a clear bronze. Minimal lace. Average.

Nose is citrus, pine and resin. A mellow malt backbone floats around and makes this one fruity and delicious.

Opens citrus, pine, grass and bark. Some mandarin orange and grapefruit in the middle mixed with a prairie worth of grassiness. End is more citrus and pine. Sweet and mellow malt backbone in the aftertaste. Pretty good.

Light bodied with ample carbonation. Prickly and foamy in the mouth and goes down aggressive and carbonated. Finishes dry and filmy with a lingering, sticky aftertaste. Spot on!

Decent but this single hop doesn't have the fruitiness that I'm really looking for. Grass and bark accents are a touch over the top. Well made but the flavor profile is not for me.

L - Nice, hazy, opaque gold. Head consisting of course bubbles dissipates quickly.

S - Earthy , floral aroma with hints of pine. I'm getting scallions and a sweet candy/fruit blast. Canned pineapple!

T - Great balance! No one thing stands out. Right amount of sweet, but also quite bitter. I can feel the alpha acid burning my gums. Nice little punch. Pucker up!

EDIT: After sitting for a month or so, it takes on an almost candied sweetness. Pretty delicious and arguably better than fresh!

F - Sharp, carbonation-forward beer. Very prickly up front, but as the bubbles pop and burst on your tongue, the feel transitions into a soft, squishy finish. Lots going on here.

O - My first offering from Other Half. Definitely enjoyed it! I was expecting some sort of unique flavor profile like many of the other big names (Tree House -> Juice, Trillium -> Dank), but what I got was a really solid IPA. Need to seek out more of this stuff.

16 oz can. Pours hazy orange, finger head that fades pretty quickly, no lacing to speak of. First whiff was like watermelon candy, but aroma turned more pineapple as it warmed. Very nice balance in this IPA, fruity but not overly sweet. The El Dorado hops are unique, there's like an odd but good ripe apricot flavor that gets less intense as it warms, but still plenty present. Some grass in the end. Semi dry finish, thin to medium slick mouth. Overall good IPA, just a very different tasting hop, not bad but not my favorite.

canned 2 days ago. cloudy orange w frothy head classic looks. nose is fresh oj. taste to match but on the resinous side of the hop spectrum. in the single hop series, I would place this one somewhere in the Nelson range, but i dog this oNE a bit more. another winner that falls a bit above the middle of the pack for the single hops for me. very refreshing

From a can dated 10/23/15. Pale orange pour. Faint nose, but pleasant. Taste is remarkably balanced; fruit and bitter complement each other perfectly. Finish is slighlty bitter and clean. Super crushable.

Big fruit nose, serious alpha acid bitterness, grassy notes in the mouth. More bitter than some of the other OH offering and I like it. In short, winner winner chicken dinner.
