I was really hoping this would be awesome as I love cascade hops! But it was just a solid IPA. Great look, cloudy orange. Decent smell, taste and feel.

On Tap at The Jeffrey during Other Half tap takeover. It is nice to see a classic, non-trendy hop get the Other Half single hop treatment. Nice aroma, balanced flavor, and very drinkable.

Can dated 9/25/15 poured into a Teku. Look is a hazy light amber color. Aroma is a very bright funky earthiness and grapefruit citrus and hint of bread like malt. Taste follows nose but maybe not as strong. The citrus and earthiness followed by some oily pine. Feel is very nice as well. This is amazing crushable for 7%...definetaly hoppy but not out of wack either.

Poured from can dated 9/25/15, drinking this on 10/27/15. A nice bright orange, slight copper haze, finger thick white head that fades to some bubbles.
Aroma is classic combination of citrus and pine. Taste matches, some grapefruit, Pine comes a bit on more on the finish and aftertaste. Smooth and crisp drinking. Very drinkable IPA. With Cascade being the backbone of many great west coast IPAs, this is a fine example of the use of this hops.
