From 11/06/15 notes. On tap at The Jeffrey in NYC.
Pours a hazy orange-yellow color with one inch of white head. Brett, oranges, citrus hops. Medium body and low to moderate carbonation.
A nice beer, great nose.

Served in a pint glass at Pony Bar. From notes. Reviewed 9 October 2015.
3.5/4.25/3.5/4.25/3.75
Clearish, pale yellow. No head.
It smells delightfully full of citrus, Brett, and wine grapes, in roughly that order.
Surprisingly light-bodied, with a really clean yeast character, mild funk, and little sourness or fruit.
Clean, crisp, and eminently drinkable. Ultimately -- and greatly disappointing -- it's less interesting than its predecessor (What Even Though). Still, it's a pleasant, enjoyable beer.

32oz fill from last weekend's can release...enjoyed from an other half Willie becher. okay and Brett pale wheat ale. little spicy on the tongue. the brett gives it a nice clean crisp vibe but the oak tames things back so not too funky or plasticy. it is almost like everything in this beer is muting everything else in the beer. subtle in what sets this apart which makes it a nice pale wheat but really nothing notable here. as it opens and warms the taste has alot that pleases me going on with the Brett and oak, but again all very subtle.
