Pale malt, light straw on the nose. A bit of dry hop cone (Galaxy, mosaic). That hop note carries over more to the tongue than I'd expect, and it does ultimately end up as more of a hop-forward kolsch. Not traditional, but not bad. Comes off as more of a session IPA though.

Murky, deep yellow orange color with low carbonation. Lager-like, lightly citrus and floral hops, earthy malts. Has a tropical nose.

Overall a nice hoppy lager. Not like their IPA's but a good beer for sure.

Draft at The Ginger Man.
I'm really starting to like Kolsch lately and the addiction of lime leaves in combination with galaxy gives a nice twist to the style. incredibly drinkable and tasty.

16 oz can poured into an Other Half pint glass. Canned April 2016.

A - orange-yellow color. super hazy hue. Bubbly cask-like foam, lacing similar to cask ales.

S - grapefruit, citrus, tropical/earthy notes. slight banana notes from the yeast. Not very aromatic, really have to dig your nose in the glass after some swirling.

T - bitter grapefruit, slight yeast taste. no hint of maltiness. Hops are very good for the style. German yeast lingers on the tongue after a while.

F - watery taste and feel. Extremely light and drankable. Hops and yeast linger on tongue as well as other parts of the mouth.
