64 oz growler was poured into a pint glass.
Appearance: A one finger head was poured that reduced to a thin layer. It is a slightly hazy golden yellow color with good clarity and vision of bubbles coming up through the glass. Frothy lacing down the glass as the beer was drank.
Smell: Tropical, citrus, herbal, and grassy hops followed by wheaty, bready, and pale malts.
Taste: Peach, lemon, mango, citrus, grassy, and herbal hops followed by balancing wheaty, bready, and pale malts. Light chewy notes, light bitterness, tasty, and very sessionable.
Mouthfeel: Light, crisp, refreshing, medium carbonation, a little chewy, and slight bitterness. Very sessionable.
Overall: Another solid brew from these guya and made for the Redhook community. Get it while it is around.
