A: The beer is hazy pale light yellow in color (a little darker if you are comparing it to a Berliner Weissbier) and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a finger high bright white head that died down, leaving specks of lacing on the surface and a collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of lemons are present in the nose.
T: The taste is similar to the smell and has some lemony flavors, but these don't contribute any acidity or bitterness.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Only a slight amount of crispness is perceptible.
O: The light-bodied nature and low alcohol content makes this beer very easy to drink. The only drawback is that the flavors and bitterness seem to be a little muted for an IPA.
Serving type: growler
