Probably my first real foray into South African hops. Light-medium gold, late season cornfield. Silky white head. Very nuanced aroma of floral herbs. Taste more fruit forward. Wild mango, black plum. Definitely green tasting. Hints of semi-sweet gooseberries and tarter tomatillos. Orange peel and well rounded bitterness. Feel is smooth and lush that builds mid sip to a heavier syrupy base. Still, an easy drinker.
