Picked this up last week at Other Half, as this was one of the few beers that I have yet to review from them. Didn't know much about this beer but it's description had this sounding soft and plush, which is what turned out to be the case. It was also quite easy to drink and had the alcohol almost completely hidden, as it was in line with Other Half's typical fare!
This looked nice and smoothly appealing, as it's cloudy, golden hue and fluffy head filled out my pint glass nicely. Tons of thick, layered lacing was left behind as a few rings were to be found in the midst of the copious and beautiful suds. Not a strong aroma to this but there was plenty of dry wheat, Pilsner Malt, and exotic tropical fruit. The lychee, star and jack fruit, melon, and cantaloupe emerged more in the taste once this warmed as this was quite dank, subtly slick, and felt like a tropical fruit cocktail. The overall feel of this beer was somewhat dry, as the carbonation was light and the body was moderately full, until the last sip.
Hard to find the booze here as the underlying sweetness and lingering sugary stickiness were more than enough to counter any alcohol that could be felt on the palate. Canned on 9/10, this felt as fresh as could be as the fruit was nearly everlasting, long after I finished this off. Not one of Other Half's more notable beers but melonheads and those looking for something exotic and fulfilling will be please by this brew, which just needed a but more in the aroma to truly stand out from the proverbial pack.

On tap at Mikkeller and friends in Rekjavik, my second from the Other Half tap takeover.
This was a top notch DIPA, but it fell a bit short of Green Down to His Socks. I found sweet melon and rind-y citrus that clashed just a bit. Most noticeable though was a crushing wave of sweet, juicy tropical fruit.
