On draft, pours an opaque yellow-gold. Nice head and lacing. Smell is huge grapefruit, peach and tropical fruits. Taste follows. Soft, smooth feel. Killer.

I found this to be a very mediocre beer, but solid from Grimm. Better than the average can or beer that you find around the city, but doesn't stand out to me.

Anyone who knows me well enough can vouch as to how hooked I am on Other Half's beers - sure, the line share is great too but at the end of the day, it's the stuff in the cans that keeps drawing me back there week after week. Even though I'm way, way behind in my attempt to have everything they've released recently, most of what they've put out has aged nicely and this was no exception to that rule!

Lovely pour to this as the beer had a deep, apricot hue to it with a near-perfect head on top of it. Plenty of lacing left behind as the top of each sip remained as a solid ring on the side of my teku glass. Grass, dankness, and tropical fruits in the nose with all of them meshing together beautifully in the taste. Earthy pine, golden raisin, and stone fruit sweetness came through in the taste, all under a mildly creamy mouthfeel. Berry and citrus juicy remained on the palate as the light hops and medium body allowed for the flavors to mesh and linger for quite a while, as the carbonation was quite faint to the taste...

Plenty of alcohol in here though you'd never know it based on the sensory experience. Though this was canned on 3/17 and had "I STAY..." written on top of it, it felt pretty dang fresh and didn't have anything floating in it. Another winner from Other Half that faint traces of caramel malt as a surprise once it warmed up. The taste was a bit odd but quickly grew on me, which is what many of their beers have done in the past. Maybe it *is* easy being green after all!

L - Deep haze orange
S - Dank hops with a creamy tropical glaze along with a grassy smell
T - Earthy, spicy, dank tropical flavors
F - Medium bodied, works rather well together

This is pretty green alright. Took some time to grow on me, but it's pretty dang good.

Sample at Mikkeller Beer Celebration Copenhagen 2017, green session. Milky golden color with off-white head. Aroma has dank hops but also some spicy and earthy notes. Taste is really hoppy, green, earthy, quite classic IPA profile but with only a light bitterness.
