Collab with 3 Stars Brewing. Blended with a with a barrel that was fermented with 12 strains of brettanomyces. Its a slightly tart and brighter version of the original but still allows the millet and buckwheat to shine.

Snagged this and the other version at the brewery not too long ago when they went on sale...decided to open them side-by-side. the two beers are totally different...while this one lends itself to a nice bretty saison, the other is quite hefe like. super soft and drinkable and quite like a spring day. think i liked this one slightly better, but they were both great and both unique. surprised these aren't getting more love...very well done.

Smells tarter than it tastes. Nice refreshing change from their big IPAs
